1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tip Lyve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Tip Lyve is an independent fan-support platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

2. Description of service

Tip Lyve enables fans to send paid highlighted messages ("Paid Messages") to creators during live streams. Creators receive a share of each Paid Message after platform and payment processing fees. The service includes a public tip page, browser-source overlay link, creator wallet, and moderation tools.

3. Fees

Tip Lyve charges a platform fee (default 12%) on each successful Paid Message. An additional payment processing fee applies at checkout. Fees are deducted before the creator payout. Tip Lyve reserves the right to adjust the platform fee with reasonable notice.

4. Creator obligations

Creators are responsible for the content on their tip page and overlay. You must not use Tip Lyve for illegal content, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. Tip Lyve reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Paid message payments

Paid Messages are delivered instantly to creator tools, dashboards, and overlays. Fans are responsible for reviewing the creator, amount, currency, and message before completing payment.

6. Disclaimers

Tip Lyve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, payment processing speed, or overlay delivery. We are not responsible for any losses arising from use of the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Tip Lyve, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
